Lexiam provides a team to support your account at all levels from simple data entry to more complex accruals and revenue recognition, ensuring your transactions receive proper accounting treatment.

Services include:

• Data entry and categorization

• Bank & credit card statement reconciliation

• Payroll reconciliation

• Monthly financials including: profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement

• Month-end closing & reporting

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts

  • Review expenses & record accruals

If $650/month is not within your budget, we also offer smaller packages:

• $245/month for financials given twice a year (This is for clients with under $200,000 in gross receipts)

• $395/month for financials provided every quarter.

We also offer GAAP and Full Accrual financial statements for companies that are preparing to sell, going public, undergoing an audit, or are non-profit organizations. These services represent larger engagements and start at $5,000/month.

Note: Most companies that do not fit into the aforementioned categories typically do not require GAAP financials; business owners generally need reports solely for decision-making purposes.
